Our Spaces
Set in the buzzing central business district of Singapore, we hope that our spaces can contribute to the thriving arts scene in Singapore by providing venues for performances, rehearsals and events. In the heart of the CBD and close to major public transport links (City Hall MRT, Raffles Place MRT, Clarke Quay), our location is easily accessible and convenient.
Our individual studios are fully equipped and sound-proofed, ideal for lessons and rehearsals. Additional chairs and music stands can also be provided upon request, subject to availability. Our main space is also convertible into multiple different configurations, and can be transformed into a recital space or events venue.
We offer a recording package for those who need high quality recordings for exams, auditions or portfolio building purposes.
Parliament Studio
A spacious room, with an Upright Grand Piano and an inspiring view of the bay. Able to host as many as 12 musicians, the room is perfect for chamber rehearsals or large group classes.

The Sky Room
Our Multi-functional Events Space
We pride ourselves in our performance and events space, a rare venue in the CBD with top floor views of the Marina Bay, a picturesque and iconic backdrop for any function. The reception area and Parliament Studio is equipped with moveable panels and reception desk, allowing the rooms to be combined and reconfigured to one large space, perfect for events, workshops and recitals.
The space would include the use of the Dexibell, a top of the line Italian electric Grand Piano. The Dexibell is one of the world’s most advanced digital pianos, combining the world’s most advanced engineering and technology to achieve a resonant, realistic sound and customisable playing experience. It is also compatible with a microphone, allowing for real time recordings and amplified performances.
The flexibility of space, accessibility of our location, exclusive views, and availability of top of the line instruments makes this the perfect place for recitals, recordings, workshops and other events.
Recording Package
Designed for musicians or students who need high quality audio and video material for exams, auditions or portfolios for applications, the recording package is an all-inclusive package, covering everything that is needed for the recording.
The package includes:
- venue rental for 1 hour's rehearsal and 1 hour's recording session (separate days)
- use of Dexibell digital piano or Kawaii Upright Piano (dependent upon timing and requirements of recording)
- audio and video equipment (with assistance)
- accompanist fees for 1 hour's rehearsal and 1 hour's recording session (separate days)
*package rates are adjusted if an accompanist is not needed, or if the hirer would like to bring their own accompanist
- access to the pantry with free flow coffee and tea.
